This collar is absolutely beautiful. I bought two for my boy cats that are in love with each other. I accidentally ordered 2 XS collars instead of 2 cat collars. I asked Shannon why the 'cat collars' didn't have bells on them, and she promptly answered that she sent out dog collars instead, based off of what I ordered. It was totally my mistake of ordering the wrong collar, and she immediately offered an exchange or to send out bells for the collars I already had. I said no, to save us both the trouble and thanks anyway. Well I came home from work today and Shannon sent me 2 bells to go with the dog collars I mistakenly ordered along with a hand written note. Thank you so much for the beautiful collars and excellent customer service. :))))))))) love, a happy customer.

Hi Shannon - I've been buying your collars for years for my cat, Izzie. I think they're beautiful and she loves wearing them.

She could never adjust to the ones you buy everywhere else. They would always bother her because they're so much thicker and heavier, and she'd scratch at them all the time.

Your delivery time is excellent too and I love the way you wrap Izzie's collars in that cute tissue paper with the paws on it.

Anyway, after all this time I thought I'd take a minute to thank you for your great collars and your excellent customer service!
